How to become a Parent’s Choice Member
Recommended by Parents for Parents™
Every business owner knows, word-of-mouth and personal recommendations are one of the most powerful and effective forms of advertising. But how can you instantly multiply one recommendation and reach thousands of potential customers at once?
The Parent’s Choice Programme is unique to Kids on the Coast and is designed to help you by directing parents to businesses that have been recommended by readers because they provide superior products and services.
Being part of the Parent’s Choice Programme is FREE! This simple and effective programme will help generate greater response to your advertising by making readers aware that you have been nominated and recommended by parents.
To get started, have one of your current satisfied customers agree to nominate you as a “Parent Recommended Business” either by supplying you with their details or get them to contact us with their recommendation. Once we have your recommendation, your business will be included on our Parent’s Choice Database and you can be confidently recommended in response to reader enquiries. You will also be given the opportunity to take advantage of the Parent’s Choice Preferred Business logo for use on your stationery, promotional materials and your advertising which effectively offers greater exposure as a “preferred business”. Your qualification is reviewed every 12 months to remain a member.
Parent’s Choice Directory
Once you have become a Parent’s Choice Member you have the opportunity to be included in our Parent’s Choice Directory. The directory includes a list of only those businesses that have come recommended and is included in every issue of Kids on the Coast. By utilising the directory your listing will also be included free of charge on our website along with a Parent’s Choice Certificate to display in your store or workplace.
From as little as $50 per month, the Parent’s Choice Directory is a very cost effective form of advertising. Ask your Advertising Coordinator about different options.
