A Coomera mother will smile every time she travels the Smith Street overpass, after giving birth to her second child on the busy road in July this year.
The 32-year-old was bound for the Gold Coast Hospital after being picked up by ambulance crews at 3.27am, but less than 30 minutes later she delivered a healthy baby boy, much to her surprise.
The baby was born at 3.56am, and the pair were taken to hospital.
