Board games improve children's life skills

A recent survey of 125 Australian families found playing a round of Monopoly or dominoes is not only fun, but provides a host of other family benefits including improved patience, concentration, teamwork, sharing, communication, sportsmanship, and critical thinking skills. More astonishing were the findings that children fought less with their siblings and actually chose playing a board game over watching TV!
