IMMANUEL ARTS FESTIVAL

The Immanuel Arts Festival is the largest of its kind on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and has a proud 30 year tradition of showcasing the artistic talents of our region. Walk Safely to School Day promotes the vitally important message: Active Kids are Healthy Kids. STEAM TRAIN SUNDAYS
Where: Departing from South Brisbane Station

Departing from Roma Street station or South Brisbane station, a magnificently restored Queensland Rail steam train will take passengers on a one hour round journey through Brisbane’s suburbs, passing landmarks and river crossings. Steam Train Sunday will run regularly from May to December 2011.

The 10km Foreshore Run takes entrants through the spectacular scenery at Kings and Shelly Beaches, before climbing over the Moffat Headland to the finish line.
