Once upon a time, ie in the 1970's, milk was delivered to our doorstep in glass bottles with foil lids and had a lovely layer of yellow cream on top. Now, a trip to the shop for milk can have you standing, dumbstruck, in front of an ever-increasing array of options: Full Fat, Reduced Fat, High Calcium, Low Fat, Skim, Smart, Pasteurised, Homogenised, Organic, Goat, and more.
